Eagle Trace at Killy Court is a lock-out timeshare and is llocated at Massanutten, VA, which is a 4-season resort. Beautiful mountains with skiing, snowboarding and tubing; 5 swimming pools, tennis, basketball and racquetball courts, game room; miniature golf, two 18-hole golf courses; large new water park; crafts, many other activities. All in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley with gift shops and restaurants on site and nearby and it's just 1-2 hours from Richmond, Charlottesville or Washington, DC.

Rent for one week at $525 and then deduct from sale price. Can trade out to other resorts through RCI, which is prepaid through 2010. Can also rent with no option to buy.
