Nightly rental of a luxury studio, 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom condominium in mid-town Manhattan. Vacation in a style for the same or less than the cost of a cramped hotel room. You choose your dates and size of the unit. Prices vary by season, day of week, and unit size. Per night price starting at $300-$400 for a January, mid-week studio unit. Weekends, other travel seasons, and larger units are substantially higher. For example, a 2 bedroom unit for one weekend night in high season (Spring or Fall) is $1500. The ownership is for sale with use of 5000 points anually. Points can be exchanged for any unit size, and any time of the year. Peak travel periods are easily booked using the owners home priority reservation window.
