Sea Villas - Timeshare Rental and Exchange

The resort consists of 3 two story buildings. The North building has 2 oceanfront, 3 ocean view and 4 oceanside units. The South building has 2 oceanfront, 3 ocean view and 5 oceanside units. The West building has 4 ocean access units. Each second floor unit is accessed via its private staircase. The resort has a heated pool, barbeque area and a gazebo. Beach access is available adjacent to the north side of the resort.

Vacation weeks begin Friday afternoon at 4pm. There are towel exchanges on Monday and Wednesday and pool towels are available. Daily or mid-week cleaning service is available for an additional charge.

We own a bunch of timeshares, 5 star and just plain old no ratings. I have to say this is tied in 1 st place with me and the kids :-) Last year was our first year and we absolutely LOVED it ! It is nothing fancy, no spas, valet, elevators, resturants on site, but if you are traveling with small children or elderly parents, this is THE PLACE ! Our unit is on the 1 st floor, so no stairs ! It is the 2nd back from oceanfront and just steps to the pool. It is decent size, average for the beach timeshares, I think, but not as big as soon in Orlando. There is a queen in the master bedroom with a HUGE walk in shower/toilet/vanity. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and a TV. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo and is in the hall. Queen sleeper sofa in living room with TV and VCR. Full kitchen with plenty of supplies. Awesome AC ! All tile floors for easier cleaning from sand. Sliders to patio. We had 6 of us last year and it was fine. Everyone is out all day and the little ones were asleep by 6 or 7 pm from all the fresh salt air ! There is a pool with plenty of deck space and shade and a kiddie pool in the pool. Charcoal grills available. Laundry in the next building. The beach is just a few stairs down to. Beautiful white soft clean sand ! Very little traffic in this area. This is a very nice quiet, family resort, and for some reason, no one seems to know about it ! It is super clean and the staff is very friendly ! You will have an awesome time just being on the beach and playing in the pool ! Orlando is only an hour away but no one wanted to leave the beach so we didn't go. It is a great place to relax and unwind and spend quality time with family and friends. Sit on the patio and play cards, board games or just sit ! We need to be in NC this week and can't go so we are offering it to someone else to use. There is a KMart and Publix just a block away, plenty of shops and resturants, and Daytona is only 20 minutes away. We prefer this area as it is not as run down as Daytona has gotten, and quieter. You will need a credit card to leave at the front desk for any charges, and must be over 21. Fastest check in I have ever had ! Less than 2 minutes ! Just had to sign my name and was given my key !
