Affinia Dumont - Timeshare Rental and Exchange

The Affinia Dumont is a very prestigious apt/suite hotel on 34th Street and Lexington Avenue in New York City. The Affinia is an upscale apartment hotel with a doorman, concierge, a full spa with Aveeda services, and a restaurant called the Barking Dog.

The Affinia is near the Empire State Building, the Broadway shows, the museums, great restaurants, the subway, the buses, the UN, Macy's, Fifth Avenue, the Port Authority Building, Penn Station and Grand Central Station.

The living room has a sleeper couch, a dining area, a large desk area with internet access, plus a wide screen tv. There's a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and all dinnerware and glasses.

The separate bedroom has two queen beds and it also has a wide screen tv. The beds are THE most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. There is a pillow menu that lets you choose from a list of pillows and pick the type of pillow you want. There's room service, a full spa with all spa services, and there's a concierge to help you get tickets to the shows, plus a doorman.

You will be responsible for New York City taxes approx $30 a night that you will pay directly to the hotel.

We had this week and a week at the Manhattan Club planned in NYC for March-April 2008, but due to my husband's health, we cannot do either this year. I've rented our Manhattan Club week already.
