Silverleaf's Fox River Resort - Timeshare Rental

We booked 2 units at 'Silverleaf's Fox River Resort' just out of Chicago for a family vacation. Some of the family can't come now so we only need one unit.

Our loss is your gain. If you have never stayed at a resort, you will love it. We find it much better than staying at a hotel. It is renting for $500 - $850 a week. We are asking $235 for the entire week’s stay: December 29, 2007 through January 5, 2008.

Each unit features air-conditioning, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, television, and a whirlpool tub.

Pets ARE allowed for a $55 fee to be paid at the resort.

2 bedroom unit sleeps 4 privately (2 per room) or 6 if utilizing the sleeper sofa. Beds include 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 sleeper sofa. The space includes a full kitchen and laundry facilities. This works great for those on a budget or traveling with a family. We usually prepare our food ahead of time (breakfast casseroles, Lasagna, etc.) and bring it with us.

This is a nice resort for anyone looking to get away from it all; yet close enough for those looking to enjoy the city life. This resort is about 1 hour out of Chicago.

Silverleaf's Fox River Resort is situated along the shores of Fox River. The rolling hills and seven-acre stocked lake provide an ideal environment for outdoor fun such as canoeing and fishing. Waterskiing and boating are not allowed on the lake. Resort activities feature an outdoor pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day, a year-round indoor pool, an executive five-hole par 3 golf course, miniature golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, and volleyball. Take in the Museum of Science & Industry, Shedds Aquarium, or shopping along Chicago's Magnificent Mile. Chicago is only 1 hour away.
