This villa floats within the bronze season, Jan/Dec.

First occupancy is January '09.
Can be deposited into Interval International (12 months in advance) and traded immediately thereafter.

We purchased this villa from Marriott about 10 years ago for approximately $7,500 with the intention of exchanging to other resorts.

Each year we deposited our usage into II and traded to many wonderful resorts including Maui, Newport Beach and our favorite, Aruba.
