Mill Resort and Suites, The - Timeshare Rental

The only thing that could stop us from coming to Aruba for our ninth year in row was the birth of our beautiful baby girl last month. As she will be too young to travel this year, we are looking to sell our Week 12 – Spring Break – week at The Mill.

The suite has three rooms, which will comfortably sleep six and has a maximum capacity of 8 adults (kids stay free- 2 per room). Each of the three rooms has a bathroom, and one of the rooms has a two person Jacuzzi. There are two full kitchens and kitchenette. Two of the rooms have balconies that overlook the pool. The three rooms can be used as one unit or split into three separate units based on your preference. It makes it great to share with one or two other couples or have extra rooms for kids

The Mill also offers free use of sauna, steam room and exercise room; and free adult and kid’s activities program.

Personally, we chose to buy at The Mill because the staff is great; there is no need to do the 5 a.m. jockey for pool chairs like at the large mega resorts; and the pool chairs are not packed so close together that you’re rubbing arms with big hairy Lenny from Hoboken. There are not four rows between you and the pool! Best of all, the bartender pours a great drink!

The regular rate for the 3 room suite is $625 per night, which is $4,375 per week. We are looking for $3,200 or best offer. That’s less than $145 per night for each of the three rooms. We will accept the best offer.
