From the West Palm Beach (PBI) Airport: Take I-95 south to the Atlantic Ave. East, exit (number 52), travel east to Ocean Blvd., then turn left heading north to the resort (about 1200 feet). Travel time about 30 minutes.
From Miami (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale (FLL) Airports: I-95 north to the Atlantic Ave East, exit (number 52), travel east to Ocean Blvd., then turn left heading north to the resort (about 1200 feet). Travel time from Miami is about 70 minutes and from Fort Lauderdale is about 45 minutes.

This is a DEEDED ownership, title transfer by WARRANTY DEED. You will enjoy Berkshire by the Sea starting with the 2008 year. Total amount due will be: Full purchase price, plus closing cost of $350., resort transfer fee of $75., and no reimbursement of the 2008 maintenance fee, free use this year.
