I have 2 units available for the same week for July 25th, 2008 that are a few doors away from each other. Each one bedroom unit will allow a maximum of 4 people (this includes any infants, resort is very strick on this policy). Rate includes all taxes and one mid-week housekeeping fee.

OR you can purchase this unit for $675.00 plus closing fees, this would allow you to use and own it starting this year and every year after that (date goes back 2 week every year.. IE 2009 would be July 10, 2010 would be in June and so on.. I have 2 units available you can buy one or both (price is per unit) This is an excellent trader for other resorts and some companies will give you 3 week for just your one... ask me how!!

This unit is on the ground level, one story below the parking lot entrance. Beach is 2 blocks walk; however, good western view of ocean from unit. Can drive on beach, the world's longest beach. 9-hole golf course adjacent to parking lot (green fees separate).

What could be better then spending your summer on the Ocean.

I also have this resort for sale, we have more timeshares then we can use and we spend most of our vacations in Mexico. This resort trades great with Interval World (they sometimes give an additional bonus week for depositing with them), it also trades great with San Francisco Exchange company (SFX) they give you 3 weeks for just one of these weeks deposited with them (ask for details) Interval World (II) gives you a free A/C when you deposit with them. We have had many great exchanges with this resort. Very Low yearly fees!!! This is managed by Worldmark but is not part of the Worldmark/Trendwest program. You can only use your membership at this resort or exchange it via an exchange company.
