Timeshare villas at Summer Bay Resort are tranquil two-bedrooms with two floor plans to choose from. The first offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second floor plan offers two queen-size beds, one in the master bedroom and one in the guest bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All villas have separate living and dining areas, and a fully-equipped kitchen with service for six. Additional amenities include three color cable TVs, VCR in the living room, ceiling fans, and hair dryer.

Summer Bay Resort is located just minutes from Universal Studios and a free shuttle ride away from Disney World.
