Occidental Grand Aruba - Timeshare Rental

We have a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit at the Occidental Grand Aruba for rent. This unit is on the TOP floor ( 9th), end unit, overlooking the ocean. It is 4200 sq feet with a living room, dining room, 3 large decks, full kitchen with appliances.
This unit sleeps up to 10 people. A great unit for families to go on vacation together.
This is a timeshare unit, and even though the resort is all-inclusive, when you rent this unit, you have the option to do all-inclusive or not. It is your choice.
The week that is currently available for rent is August 23rd-30th 2008. This is the week right before school starts back up.
This resort has recently undergone a total renovation and is one of the best and most beautiful properties in Aruba.
If you would like to rent it for a different week in 2008 ( from May-Dec) please ask and I can see if the week you want is available, and we could change the rental week to the one you desired.

We are asking 8000.00 for the week, but would also be open to any reasonable offer.
