Grand Mayan Riviera Maya - Timeshare Rental

This rental is for a 2 bedroom/2 full bath in a GRAND MAYAN RESORT they have resorts in CANCUN, ACAPULCO, CABO SAN LUCAS and NUEVA VALLARTA. This rental does have BLACKOUT WEEKS that are as follows Christmas, New Years,Easter week and Holy Week. Any other week of the year is good upon availability. A 2 bedroom unit will sleep 6 adults and 2 children under 12. When you walk in the front door there is a U shaped kitchen on your right (kithchen has basic china, glassware, cutlerey, coffee maker, blender, fridge, stove, microwave, pots and pans, toaster and a breakfast nook that seats 3). In front of that is a dining table that seats 6 and past that is the living room with 2 couches that can be converted into sleeping for 4, a TV and sliding glass doors onto a private balcony that has its own mimi-pool which is approximatley 4'X6 by 3' deep. Balcony is appoximatley 10' wide and 30' long . Each bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and its own 2 person jacuzzi style bathtub and seperate standup shower along with double sinks and a seperate toilet room.
