Occidental Grand Aruba - Timeshare Rental

5 STAR, ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT!

FOR RENTAL: Available for 1 week ANYTIME MAY through the third week of DECEMBER 2008 only. I do NOT have access January-April.

I have a luxurious hotel room/standard room (sleeps 2 adults, plus up to 2 children) available any day of the week during the months specified above. The 1,200 is based on double occupancy room rental in the standard room; there is an all-inclusive rate per night (varies depending on travel season). As a timeshare owner, the all-inclusive price is less than what the general public would pay. Please note: This is an all-inclusive resort ONLY, so it is not possible for me to rent just the room.

As mentioned, all of these resorts are classified as 5 star, which is the highest ranking. If you have ever traveled to any of them, or done your research, it is apparent why.

2. Number of travelers (including children, although young children are often free or half price depending on their ages). At the Royal Hideaway, no guests under 13 permitted.

3. I will need to know the week/s you are interested in traveling. I will check availability and respond promptly with a quote. Rates vary depending on resort, number of occupants, and dates requested.
