This resort is in phase two of construction. It is going to be completed in Nov. 2008 with a price increase to $15,000 for the unit I own. It is located apx. 15 min from St. Marteen airpot and is right on the beach. My unit has an ocean view and sleeps four. There is a golf course and shopping walking distance from the resort. You still receive the RCI points, 42500 annually even though the resort is not completed, therefore you can use those points at any RCI resort world wide. It is a great deal as well as a great investment. You will aslo reveice a bonus week every leap year.
