I am a Wyndham Owner. They will issue a guest certificate in your name which authorizes your check-in and assures you of your reservation. The guest certificate will be sent to you via e-mail.

The guest certificate is non-transferable. At check in, the resort will require a credit card imprint to cover any negligent damage and/or personal charges which you may incur.

Wyndham will only issue guest certificates and allow check in to persons age 21 and older.
