THIS TIME SHARE IS FOR ONE UNIT FOR 2 WEEKS EVERY YEAR. If available, it can also be used for two units for 1 week. You can choose from mini, junior, senior or family suites (occupancy from 2 -8). Maintenance fees vary depending on the type of unit requested and is only paid at the time of use. If you do not use the property, you do not pay maintenance fees.
