Information for Selling Purposes: For inventory control purposes the weeks contracted for are registered by the Resort at the Riviera Maya location but the owner member may utilize his weeks both registered and vacation fair at any of the Grand Mayan or Mayan Palaces Resort. The Lease over this vacation weeks extend for a period of 100 years but must be renewed every 25 years.

VACATION RENTAL AMENITIES: Included in the Grand Mayan Package are reduced fees at the Jack Nicholas designed golf course located on the premises. Other amenities include: cyber cafe, beauty parlor, 20 minutes to Cancun, close to playa del Carmen and the ferry to Cozumel, Concierge, Car Rental, Restaurants on site, Shopping, Bars and nightly entertainment, among may others.

VACATION RENTAL DESCRIPTION:

2 Bedroom +2 baths Grand Master Suite with LOCK-OFF

Grand Master Suite: has 2 bedrooms sleeps 6-8 adults; 1 king & 2 pull-out sofas, the grand master suite has 2 baths, living room, a full kitchen and small pool on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It is decorated in a beutiful Scandinavian/Art -deco style, complete with modern appliances and marble/tile floors, countertops, and bathrooms.

For Privacy the Grand Master Suite may be splited and converted into a:

1) Grand Junior Suite: containing 1 bedroom + 1 bath, living room area with 2 sofa beds and a kitchen, luxury outside deck jacuzzi and sleeps 4 adults and 2 children.

2) Grand Master Room:1 bedroom + 1 bath, no-kitchen sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.

VACATION RENTAL RATES:

Rental is for a 7 day period minimum.

Bookings run from Fri-Fri; Sat -Sat; Sun -Sun. The saturday check-ins are most common and easier to book.
