The deed I use to make these prime reservations is a Floating MROP RED.

After I got tired of paying exchange fees, I started buying MROP weeks.
With them, I can still deposit with RCI or II if I want to but I can also
pick from about 60 resorts with no fee at all.

I just let them know where I want to go and what week during annual
scheduling.

If I do not participate in annual scheduling, (I usually skip it) I can pick
from what is left at any time.

At the resorts that have several sizes of unit, I pay a $25.00 upgrade fee
if I want the big one.

Very good system and a very good deal!


The Maintenance fee's on my MROP weeks are also very low compared to my
other timeshares. Currently $465.00

Basically the way MROP works is a non-profit timeshare association buys
weeks at several resorts. They then sell 1 certificate for each week they
have. I can sell my certificates at any time just like a timeshare deed but
with lower closing cost.

The end result is I can use timeshares at about 60 locations and growing
with no exchange fee.
