Points based... $10/1000. As an example, a 2 bedroom deluxe lower levels during the summer is 350,000 points. I would charge $3,500 for that stay. If I were able to get it last minute, I would get a discount on the points, and would charge less. However, last minute stays in Hawaii are difficult to find.
