The condominiums in the resort community were built in 1975. Condo unit sizes range from 784 sq feet, to 1493 sq ft. A total of 17 units are 784 sq ft., 17 units are 897 sq ft, 25 units are 1024-1027 sq ft, 7 units are 1151 sq ft, 9 units are 1252 sq ft., and 1 unit is 1493 sq ft. To determine homeowner association fees, these are categorized by units types A-F, according to size. Units are categorized 'B,E,A,C,D,F', with B being the largest sq ft unit, and F the smallest sq ft unit.
