Beautiful apartment located in Peņiscola Beach (Castellon, East of Spain) of 34 sqm, with capacity for 4 people. It has 1 living room, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 terrace. The property is shared within RCI Weeks system, being week 20th the default one. Nevertheless, the RCI system allows you to choose any other location and any other week if you want, just for having a timeshare property like this. The sale price is very competitive (2.000 USD) given that purchase price was above 9.000 EUR in 1998. The reason of selling is the few use that the owners (my parents) are giving to this timeshare.
