Timeshare Owner's Description:

This unit has a balcony with an ocean view. We are on the ocean side, and just have to cross over a back street to get to the beach. You can see the entrance to the beach from our balcony, and also a magnificent view of the ocean. I have 2 kids, and it is wonderful to be this close to the beach, and also not to have to cross over the main road to get to the beach. The Food Lion is very close,(I walk to it if I'm just getting a few items), Ice Cream Castle and Hooters is right across the street, plus many other restuarants, and shopping.

The unit has a seperate dining area by the kitchen, TV/VCR/DVD, pull out couch, mastbedroom with king size bed and full bathroom, another room with 2 twin size beds, full bath next to that bedroom.

This place is located on 122nd street, which is close to Fenwick, DE. Great location for everything!!
