Unit features a king or queen size bed in master and quest bedroom, pull out couch in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a/c, and balcony. Note: Louisiana information needed to complete purchase of property (including a timeshare); 1.) Full names including maiden name of female; 2.) Street address, county and state of residence; 3.) Social security numbers; marital status (including all past and present spouses including maiden names); 4.) if either spouse is divorced, the date, county and state of divorce, preferably with name of Court and Proceeding number; and, 5.) If applicable, date and location (county and state) of death of spouse.
