Very quiet, private and romantic, there are unobstruced views of the water from all windows, and from the private patio, from which you can watch the sunset during dinner. The unit will be completely reconditioned in 2008 with a flat-screen television and a sparkling new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. All assessments will be paid by seller.

The beginning of the week coincides with the final gala concerts of the Newport Music Festival, during which classical music is performed in the famous mansions on Belleview Avenue, and with the Black Ships Festival of Japanese culture. The elegant restaurant of the Oceancliff Hotel is next door, and that of the Castle Hill Inn is a two-minute drive. The rocky shores of Ocean Drive are explored by Scuba enthusiasts, and the ferry to Block Island is 5 minutes away by car.
