This is a LARGE PENTHOUSE SUITE in Playa Grande's newest edition, the 'RIDGE', with wonderful views overlooking the city of Cabo San Lucas, the Marina, and the Sea of Cortez! There are swimming pools and hot tubs for the exclusive use of RIDGE guests, and you have access to the rest of the resort. Amenities include tennis courts, a workout facility, a world-class spa, and 2 restaurants, just to mention a few.

This Penthouse Suite is incredible... words don't do it justice! The Unit number is A3201 -- this is the TOP FLOOR of the HIGHEST BUILDING in the RIDGE. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are 2 large living areas, the second one has a full-size murphy bed. Closets are large and plentiful. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 with whirlpool baths. The balcony is VERY LARGE with comfortable furniture.

PLEASE NOTE: The second living area with its Murphy Bed (a double-size wall bed) is like having a 3rd bedroom! Great set-up for sharing... 2 couples, large families, or extra guests!

PLAYA GRANDE is on the famous Solmar Beach (a private beach with no vendors). Rooms are large, the grounds are immaculate, and the service is great. This is truly one of the best resorts in the area. When you are ready to go shopping or explore, you are within easy walking distance (less than 1 mile) from the center of town. The fishing docks are even closer!
