This is a float week..weeks that are blacked out are school break,basically mid-June to mid-Sept. Great for a couple that want to enjoy the coast without families and teenagers..alot less crowded but still great weather.
This is not a motel conversion like many on Cape Cod...they are townhomes with full kitchens..several have lofts and sleep 8..just depends what you select.
For 2009 we have selected the week starting Sept. 26..week for 2008 was last week of May ..you select next year's week on the Monday of the week you are using..prevents a mad rush Jan.1....have yet to have a bad week...had week 1 of May....week 1 of Oct...and week 1 of June.
Great location...within10 miles east is Hyannis...within 10 miles west are the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and next town over is Falmouth and a beautiful drive along the coast.
Just up the road is Mashpee Commons a shopper's delight with many unique small shops..groceries..restaurants..theater
Resort has both indoor and outdoor tennis and swimming pools.
