A two tiered structure where the upper level is set around a transparent blue swimming pool and the lower level overlooks the beach front. Book yourself into one of the comfortable sea view cottages – while the ones in the lower level resemble Goan houses, the ones in the upper deck have the Portuguese look to them. Take your pick from the finest views from the room – the sea view, the fort view or the pool view. Now find a comfortable chair in the sit out/balcony, relax and get set to unwind!



[-] Accommodation

Sterling Goa offers you a wide choice of accommodation to suit your needs. There are 18 studio apartments located in the upper level, eight of which get a magnificent view of the pool while the rest overlook the fresh green fields and plantations.

Need a one-bedroom apartment? There are 14 of them, again in the upper part of the property. While eight of these get a poolside view from the room, the rest overlook the fields and plantations. There are also seven two-bedroom duplex apartments, all of which are located in the upper part of the property, offering a good view of the sea or the pool. One of the duplex apartments is a Crown room with Jacuzzi. Besides these, there are also 27 guest rooms located in the lower level, overlooking the sea.

Sterling Goa has a wide range of activities tailored to meet various needs of different age groups and people with different profiles. While children have an exclusive play area with swings, a see-saw and a slide, adults and families have a common activity area that has provisions for table tennis, carom board, chess and books for the bibliophiles. Weekends are big on celebrations with barbecue nights, bonfires, party games and music.

The front desk at Sterling helps you organize taxis from the nearby taxi stand for sight seeing, pickups and drops. Taxis and bus tickets can be organized for inter-city travel. Other facilities include a library, an in-house shopping facility/ tuck shop that sells basic grocery and gifts that is located at the upper level of the resort. There is plenty of space for you to conduct a party or a marriage, with seating capacity for around 150 people and for up to 1000 people in the open space. An internet café is available around 500 meters from the resort and while there are several shopping bazaars, the nearest is one km away. For leisure-seekers, a discotheque is located 4-5 kms from the resort.

Sterling Goa also makes the ideal venue for conferences, seminars and workshops. A 1430 sq. ft. Conference Hall can accommodate a maximum of 135 people seated in theatre style. LCD Projector, laptops and lapel mikes (collar mikes) are available on rent and can be organized based on prior request. We have a 4000 watts sound system with four speakers of 300 watts each, two cordless mikes and a mike with cord that can adequately take care of the audio requirements. On the visual side, a 5’ x 5’ projection screen is available for screening video or for your presentations. For any extra audio or video requirements, you could intimate us in advance so that we can get the needful organized in time. An OHP is also available to facilitate your presentations.

A Club offers hours of unwinding pleasures, with board games, badminton, tennis, cricket and cycling facilities – take your pick.



The Sterling Resorts’ Club offers you a gamut of activities - board games like chess and carrom for those who like to stay indoors, badminton, cricket, cycling and kite-flying for those who seek the open air. Snooker and billiards are available near the resort, and are roughly a kilometer away.

Whatever be your choice of cuisine – Indian, Continental, Goan, Chinese, and South Indian – there are two restaurants, each with a kitchen attached in the upper and lower levels. Both restaurants have well-stocked bars, are partially open air and are open between 7 am and 11 pm. If you wish to enjoy our delicacies from the comfort of your room, you can do so by availing of our room service between 7 am and 10.45 pm. The local delicacies include Goan Fish, Prawn curry, Fish/ Prawn Recheiado, Prawn / Fish Balchao, Chicken Cafreal, Mutton Vindaloo, Veg. Xacutti and Cabbage/ Veg/ Beans Foogath.

There’s also a good variety of vegan food available on the menu. And should crave for Jain food, all you need to do is inform us an hour or two before. Breakfast offers you a choice of Continental, American and Indian.

Goa is a bubbling cauldron of activity and Sterling is no different. Treks are organized to the fort and to the Ozran beach in the evenings. A variety of water sports can be organized, like Dolphin Chase from Vagator Beach that stars at 8 am, river cruises from Panjim that is accompanied by live entertainment, water scooters, water skiing, parasailing, wind surfing, scuba diving and snorkeling.

For those who prefer more conventional games and sports, a badminton court at the lower level awaits your attention. An oval-shaped swimming pool is located at the upper level where you can go for swims.

Other activities include sightseeing tours by taxi or by coaches that need to be planned in advance. If you wish to let your hair down at the resort, we also organize party games based on themes.
