Summit Watch trades through II and is a Five Star Resort. We have done really well with trades. TypicalLy, we split then lockoff then trade on II. Once you are within 60 - 90 days trades into other Marriotts are soo easy - Hawaii, Aruba, Newport Beach, Spain.

I am selling as we have two identical weeks during the 'silver' season and are unable to use both....

Included in the silver season is Thanksgiving - we stayed there last year and it was wonderful... The town is very cozy and quaint with lots of retaurants, shops...

What I like about Summit Watch the most is the location. It is located on Main St., and is across the town lift, within walking distance to shuttle and bus stop. A complimentary ski/board locker is located at the lift plaza, so you can pick up your ski/board in the morning and leave them again in the afternoon. I have found front desk staff to be very helpful.
