Mayan Palace Nuevo Vallarta - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
We currently have our 2009 units available through December. We have a week reserved for December 12th, but can be changed upon availability. It is late in the year, so availability is unlikely at this time, but we can try. Also, add $200 to the total and we may be able to upgrade this unit to the Grand Mayan August 16 through November 16 (upon availability). We also have other weeks available at both the Grand Mayan and Playa Del Sol Grand (see below for further).

Mayan Palace locations are Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, Puerto Penasco. They are located on a beautiful sandy beaches.

The 2 bedroom suite has over 1000 sq ft and sleeps up to 8 people.
- One of the bedrooms has 1 King and 2 single pullout beds.
- Second bedroom has 2 double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with 1 shower/tub.
- Both the two bedroom and the one bedroom suite include a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 burner electric stove, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all kitchen utensils.
- Adjacent to the Kitchen is a separate living and dining area. The units also include 3 Color TVs, A/C, and ceiling fans.

What else can you expect? * the largest swimming pool * children's pool * tennis courts * pedal boats * kayaking * gameroom * massage * fitness center*18 hole golf course at all excpet Puerto Vallarta. The renter receives 20% off the greens fees.
The resorts feature 24 hour security and taxi service: * many restaurants * snack bar * mini market * cyber cafe * car rentals * medical facilities * ATM * daily maid service

Check-in is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday only.

The possibilities of attraction are amazing. Parasailing, snorkel or scuba diving, four-wheelers, zip lines, boat excursions to see whale and dolphins, travel North or South to see the nearby localities (Salulitas, San Francisco and more), or just hang out at the resort and forget about your worries for the week.

Nearby Restaurants:
Endless possibilities here as well. Mexican food, that is truly Mexican. OK, what else would you expect. And the variety of fish options are great.
