The Villa: A newly-renovated 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1,200 SF villa-townhouse style (sleeps 6, more with rollaways). This hillside villa occupies two floors and is fully air conditioned with each floor having independent thermostats. Upstairs features 2 large bedrooms with cathedral ceilings and each with a king-size bed, closet, bureau and 32-inch TV. Each bedroom includes its own large private bath with marble-tiled floor and shower, including a hair dryer. Fully furnished first floor includes large living area, dining area with dining table, full kitchen, full bath, convertible sofa bed, washer/dryer, 32-inch TV with cable service, a VCR, AM/FM radio and CD player. Kitchen includes tableware for eight, microwave oven, stove and conventional oven, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender and complete set of cooking pots and pans for food preparation. The balcony offers a nice view of the Caribbean and Great Cruz Bay. A private pool and grill area for villa owners are located only feet away. Maid, towel and linen service is provided twice weekly.
