I paid $20k for the timeshare 2 years ago, but unfortunately i have not been able to make use of it like i wished so i am selling it at a competitive price. Price is negotiable. It is perfect if you are in the US and able to travel to Florida. $10.5k gets you 7 nights at the Crescent once a year for life. Normal rates at this place are around $200 a night. What you will be doing is effectively paying for all your visits at TODAY'S price therefore eliminating inflation and future price rises. Imagine in 10 years time the cost per night at the crescent could be $3-400 a night. 20 years maybe $500 a night...

The apartment is situated on Ocean Drive - The place to be in Miami. South beach is a few steps away, all the iconic landmarks in Miami are all there. There's a real Buzz to the place .. that's why i bought it!!!

Weather in Florida is amongst the best in the country. Perfect in summer and perfect in winter. If you don't feel like using the crescent you can exchange for any of other Island One resorts instead using your points. Why not go to Orlando and see Mickey for a week instead?
