Located on El Medano beach, with views of Los Cabos' famous landmark El Arco, Villa del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa is approximately a 20-minute walk from downtown Cabo San Lucas and a 30-minute drive from Gustavo Diaz Ordaz Airport.
The nine-story atrium lobby houses waterfalls, saltwater aquarium, and seashell chandeliers. Attendants provide service on the private beach and by the beachfront pool area, which has three tiered pools, hot tubs, kids' pool, and a whale waterslide. For more entertainment, there are nightly theme parties, tennis courts, tours, a nine-hole golf course, fitness center, kids' club, and 10,000-square-foot European-style health spa (extra fee). For dining, there are two restaurants, a cafe, bar, and room service. The resort also has a grocery store, pharmacy, video store, boutique, and laundry facilities.

All suites have satellite TV, central air, ceiling fans, clock radios, purified drinking water, dining tables, and kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, coffeemakers, and two burners.
