Manhattan Club is a Luxury time share property in the heart of Manhattan, the best location in town. We have spare nights this year and we are renting these nights out to the visitors who enjoy a first-class accomadation. This is a lodging-only auction and you donot need to listen to any time-share presentation. So Enjoy!


If agreed, I will contact the winning bidder with the reservation confirmation number at the Manhattan Club. I will follow by Fax and/or Mail with a written Manhattan Club confirmation to be presented to the reservation clerk upon arrival. I will give you the manhattan Club's toll-free number where you can confirm the reservation. A credit card is required by the buyer upon check-in to cover incidentals.

For this Executive studio unit, the only additional cost will be a $15 daily housekeepng fee charged by Manhattan club .
