Sunset Bay is comprised of three buildings (Sunset Bay I, II and III); each condo comes with a full kitchen, television, VCR, washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a Jacuzzi-type bathtub! And, each has a water view! Onsite, Sunset Bay features an outdoor pool and a fitness center, so you may begin your day with an energizing workout. Afterward, pack a lunch and take the short, one block walk to the beach to enjoy the sun and surf. By the end of your day, you will be ready to relax and you may enjoy watching the sunset on your bay front balcony.

Sunset Bay is located close to many other Ocean City attractions. Up and down the main drag, Coastal Highway, you will find miniature golf courses, small amusement parks and enough restaurants to quench your craving for any type of food--especially Maryland's famed blue crabs. There are also outlet stores just five miles from your condo.

One of Ocean City's most popular attractions is its Boardwalk. A great way to explore the shops and restaurants of the Boardwalk is by riding the mini-train or by renting bicycles. This east coast seaside Boardwalk was recently named one of the ten best in America by the Travel Channel, and it's only one mile from Sunset Bay!
