Timeshare Owner's Description:

Very beautiful and magnificent sunset overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the infamous Arch where 2 oceans meet ( Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific Ocean). Has a jacuzzi built in the patio for 4 where you can enjoy sipping your margarita or any favorite cocktail/drink. It is 10 minutes away from downtown and 45 minutes from the Airport of San Jose del Cabo. It is beachfront with 2 separate beaches, one for family and samll children and another for any Avid Surfers with breathtaking surfs. My condo is on the 6th floor and the views all around are incredible. There is fishing trips in the area and they can clean your fish for barbeque anytime you want. There are 4 swimming pools, refrigerator, stove and microwave in the unit.
Also there is service for 4, beddings and toiletries, etc.
