Thunderbird Resort Club - Timeshare For Sale

This 1-bedroom (sleeps 4) deeded unit avoids inflated Club maintenance fees because it has not been converted to Club QM. The maintenance fee in 2008 was just $320! This is a summer high floating week (weeks 23-37) and the week overlapping Hot August Nights has already been reserved for 2009 (can be changed if you wish). The 2008 week is not available as it has already been rented out.

Thunderbird Resort Club is a townhouse complex with a swimming pool and whirlpool. The resort is surrounded by many attractions including nightclubs, stage shows, and casinos. The resort is very close to downtown Reno and an 18-hole golf course. Just two blocks away is the newly opened Sparks Marina which offers two swimming beaches, sand volleyball courts, picnic areas and gazebos, a playground, a lighted trail system, a lake stocked with trout, and sailing lessons! The Sierra Nevada Mountains are only half hour’s drive away, where you can overlook the spectacular Lake Tahoe at Squaw Valley, California. Great hunting, fishing, sailing, scuba diving, and horseback riding are nearby. The resort also has a pool and spa, fitness center, full service salon and day spa, clubhouse, game room, barbeques, and sports facilities. The unit has a full kitchen, air conditioning, telephone, and a TV with VCR. Video borrowing privileges are available on site.

In previous years, we have either used or rented out this unit during Hot August Nights, and one year we deposited it with II for exchange. We are now selling this unit because we own 7 annual timeshare weeks and no longer have the same amount of time to travel.
