General Description:
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 square foot unit. It has tiled floors, completely air conditioned and is ocean front. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sunsets. Both bedrooms have king size beds. The kitchen comes completely equiped. St Martin is a beautiful island with very friendly people. Please check out my website www.royalpalmscondo.com I have many pictures of the condo and the resort.We have cable TV, a swim up bar in the pool and a great staff. Call me at 502-541-8899 to arrange to visit. I have 12 weeks that I own and can get you the week you want most of the time.

ALL WINTER WEEKS RENTED FOR 2007. This is a Friday to Friday unit.
