If you want us to cancel one of these high demand holiday weeks to book a special request for you then a prepaid $200 good faith refundable down payment must be made before we try to fulfill your special request and cancel a week we presently have reserved. We only do full week rentals, not any partial week or daily rentals.

The main reason for this policy is that we may have already reserved a different hard to reserve high demand week and would have to cancel that high demand week to try and accommodate your request.

We require a $200 refundable security deposit on all reservations. So if sending in a check ad $200 to the above totals. DO NOT add for sales tax on our rentals like you would if renting through the resort.

The refundable $200 security deposit refund is to be sent by snail mail or by PayPal to the renter with in 5 business days or less after the above check out date has passed if no damage fees or any other unpaid fees are owed by the renters to the resort. Please make checks payable to Bruce F. Czajkowski.

The tenant may use the Unit during the term without interference subject to the terms of this lease. If the Unit is not habitable on the day that the term starts by reason of flood, fire, storm, or for any other reason, the landlord shall refund the rent forth with and will there after have no further liability to tenant.

Here are some links to renter's Travel Insurance that could help lessen any financial loss because of unforeseen circumstances of storms and other weather problems, travel problems like airline strikes or Airline Bankruptcies, health , etc problems or any other problems causing financial loss the landlord did not cause and is not responsible for.

You may also want to contact local travel agents and check out the cost of the of a level of a Travel Insurance package that you feel comfortable to protect your self against unforeseen circumstances that may affect or end your vacation plans.

Dec 27 to Jan 10, 2009 The Lindo Mar, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Feb 8 to Feb 15 Disneys Boardwalk Villas, Orlando, Fla. March 7 to March 21, 2009 Hotel On the Cay St Croix US Virgin Islands/ 2009. May 29 to June 6, 2009 The Rushes, Door County, Wi. There might be a few more that we have not reserved at this time but we will add to the above list asap after they are reserved. While on vacation Bruce may be unable to receive email and send email messages because of a possible lack of easy access to computer hook ups at the above resorts.
