General Description:
Unfortunately this website (That we really like) and most other timeshare websites header space does not allow us to post the FULL range of our for sale and rental prices and unit sizes.
Please note that all of our Florida Bay Club units now have FREE IN UNIT wireless interenet access.
The Sleeping accommodations for our three Bedroom four bathroom sleep eight units are as follows.
On the third floor in the Master Bedroom there is a single King sized bed with a attached private full bathroom in this bedroom unit and its own private balcony..
In the second third floor bedroom there are two twin sized a attached private full bathroom in this bedroom unit and its own private balcony
On the second level for the fifth and sixth persons there are two roll away twin sized beds with a half bathroom also on the same floor and has two balconies.
For the seventh and eight persons on the first level there is a in-law type of mini apartment with a mini kitchen and there is a Queen sized bed with a attached private half bath in the unit.
On the Sleep six two bedrroom units the differance is there is no first level sleeping area.
Please note that there are no unit elevators or handicapped access units for any of the three story Townhouses units. All of the resorts 18 units have three stories.
Below is a listing of our 7 or more Florida Key Rental Weeks available for 2009 and 2010 and our several For Sales and at our Florida Bay Club Resort. Our resort is a Gulf of Mexico water front resorts that can be seen on our resorts website or going to the website ad numbers listed below. Rentals range from $1,299 to $1,499 per week depending on unit size and check in dates.
Our for sale prices are $2,222 for one of our (about 2, 000 square foot as per resort website) 2 bedroom 3 bathroom sleep 6 DEEDED Floating week condo unit ownerships and $3,999 for one of our Larger (about 2,600 square foot as per resort website) 3 bedroom 4 bathroom sleep 8 DEEDED Floating weekcondo unit ownerships. 14 of the 16 units have their own private garages. The 2 'C' OCEAN FRONT DEEDED Floating week unit ownerships can also be used for the 3 bedroom units so its selling price is the same as a 3 bedroom unit at only $3,999. Please note all of the Deeeded ownership weeks at our resort ONLY are for a Saturday to Saturday ownership rental week and are not available as a Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday rental week. Because they are deeded as Saturday to Saturday ownership week we cannot change them to run as as a Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday rental week. Thank you for your understanding.
Sorry, no prorated daily or partial week rentals of our ownership unit-weeks are available from us because our maimtenance fees paid are for the full week and not per night. On Holiday weeks like this Holiday rental week of ours the resorts website states that Holiday weeks rented through our resort require a full week rental.
A rental by us of even 4 nights at our resorts LOWEST published rental rates plus thier11.5% sales tax as posted on our resorts website out will not completely pay for one weeks of our owners maintenmance fee cost of $830 per one week for 2009.
For a 'special request' vacation time period that we do not have presently reserved at this time please read all of item 5B in the detailed rental agreement below before making 'your special' request if you want us to try and secure the vacation week you want. Thank you for your coopertion in regards to the reason for item 5B for 'special requests'.

3 night minimum except holidays when full week is required
If you want us to cancel one of these high demand holiday weeks to book a special request for you then a prepaid $200 good faith refundable down payment must be made before we try to fulfill your special request and cancel a week we presently have reserved. We only do full week rentals, not any partial week or daily rentals.
The main reason for this policy is that we may have already reserved a different hard to reserve high demand week and would have to cancel that high demand week to try and accommodate your request.
We require a $200 refundable security deposit on all reservations. So if sending in a check ad $200 to the above totals. DO NOT add for sales tax on our rentals like you would if renting through the resort.
The refundable $200 security deposit refund is to be sent by snail mail or by PayPal to the renter with in 5 business days or less after the above check out date has passed if no damage fees or any other unpaid fees are owed by the renters to the resort. Please make checks payable to Bruce F. Czajkowski.
The tenant may use the Unit during the term without interference subject to the terms of this lease. If the Unit is not habitable on the day that the term starts by reason of flood, fire, storm, or for any other reason, the landlord shall refund the rent forth with and will there after have no further liability to tenant.
Here are some links to renter's Travel Insurance that could help lessen any financial loss because of unforeseen circumstances of storms and other weather problems, travel problems like airline strikes or Airline Bankruptcies, health , etc problems or any other problems causing financial loss the landlord did not cause and is not responsible for.
You may also want to contact local travel agents and check out the cost of the of a level of a Travel Insurance package that you feel comfortable to protect your self against unforeseen circumstances that may affect or end your vacation plans.

If it is with in 30 days or less of the reservation check in date that you want, please ONLY SEND either UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE MONEY ORDER By US Priority mail.Please email us the postal tracking number and a copy of that money order asap by email or fax to confirm to us that your payment is on the way to secure your reservation. We will in most cases hold that reservation for 7 days from date you send that email or fax. Or you can use PAYPAL to make your rental payment.
If you are snail mailing a payment we strongly advise because of the BAD and CARELESS DELIVERLY SERVICE AND THE LACK Of SECURITY provided by both UPS and DHL on their deliveries in our area, we strongly advise that you do not waste your money using either of them. You can SAVE a fair amount of MONEY by instead safely assure that your mailng will not get lost by using US Priority mail to send your mailing to our PO Box # 661.
Our unsercured rural mail box sits out of our view about one block from our home on the state highway so that is another reason we suggest using our PO box # 661 if you are sending payment by check.
