This unit is a Pent House on the the 9th floor with a beautiful view of lagoon in the back and Ocean view and the swimming pool from the balcony in the front.The resort is on Cancun's finest beach and has a spectacular view of the Caribbean.A marina exists opposite on the lagoon, with sailing, fishing, windsurfing, waterskiing, and jet skiing. There is an activities program, and excursions to Tulum, Isla Mujeres, Chichen Itza and Coba are offered.There also is a special Golf program. Villa is elegently decorated and has a full kithen. A shuttle bus service among all sister Royal resorts is available.

This unit cosists of Suite A with full kitchen with a sleeping capacity of two adults and two children, suite B has no kitchen and has sleeping capacity for two adults.The suites can be be rented separately for $1000 (suite A) and $500 (suite B)
