IMPORTANT NOTE: Wyndham has a new and strick 15 day cancellation policy.
All reservations below that are not rented will be canceled 15 day before the check in date.
Occassionally, I will hold back a few reservations, but not always. From experience, I can tell you honestly that when I cancel Bentley Brook during ski season, there will be nothing available after the
cancellation date for FR & SA nights. Other owners will snap up the reservations for their own use.

2BR/2BA UNIT DESCRIPTION:
Full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, full size range, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishwasher. Excellent array of glasses, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, casseroles, etc.
Washer/dryer in each 2BR unit. W/D are on site for guest use for smaller units.
Master bedroom has king bed, TV, large dresser, 2 night tables, huge closet, large picture window. Master bath suite has a very large, mirrored Jacuzzi tub, large vanity, and in a private, separate area of the bath is an oversized shower and toilet.
2nd bedroom has two double beds, large dresser, large closet, TV, large picture window.
2nd bath has a pedestal sink and oversized shower.
Living room has over-stuffer furniture, large TV, queen sleep sofa, balcony.
All linens and towels are provided.
Sheets, pillows, blanket for the sleep sofa is provided.

An amenities package consisting of shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, bath soap, dish soap, dish cloths and towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra trash bags, coffee filters and starter packages of regular and decaf coffee, paper towels, and toilet tissue are included in each unit.

Indoor/Outdoor heated pools & hot tubs, 2 exercise facilities, dry sauna, men’s and women’s locker rooms off of the pool area, private lockers for each unit on the main floor of each building for ski equipment or summer equipment, tennis courts, Bar-B-Q grills and picnic tables, 40 seat movie theater with family movies nightly, video rentals, bus trips, activities, fireplace lounges, pool tables, and more are all part of Bentley Brooks vast array of amenities.
