This is for a float week roughly Labor Day till Memorial Day each year in a two bedroom either ground level flat or ground level townhouse of your choice.This is a beautiful seculed oak tree covered property with lots of pools and tennis courts justa block from the ocean and about 5 minutes to downtown st.augustine. This is a beautiful place and city. we recently moved from the west coast to this area and no longer need this location.2007 is available. Transfer fee is $350 plus the $475 2007 dues paid by the buyer.
