Durban Sands - Timeshare For Sale

Durban Sands is an excellent RCI trader, especially to areas where timeshares are plentiful. I own two red and two white weeks and they trade equally. We have exchanged to Mexico, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Portugal, Costa del Sol in Spain, Maine, Myrtle Beach and Newport RI. The low yearly fee of less than $250 (fluctuates with the value of the South African rand) makes this an attractive trader. I have had no problem trading for 2 or more bedroom units in exchange for my one BR Durban Sands........Will consider selling more than one week as a package! Make offers!

I have already banked my 2006 & 2007 weeks with RCI. They are available to the buyer for $125 for the 2006 deposited week and $250 for the 2007 deposited week. Buyer to pay resort transfer fee and RCI fee to transfer these vacation weeks to your own account if you want them.
