Timeshare Owner's Description:

We were one of the first owners in this condo and last year it was completely totaly renovated with new furnishings, and all surfaces, plus the Lobby was refurbished and a locked room key operated garage door for the enclosed parking garage. The condo is now part of Sunterra although we never swap it. We have it reserved with the amenity fees paid for May 13th through the 20th this year. We are right on Daytona Beach close to the main st. pier and the convention center.
