This is a very nice 2 bedroom/2bath Timeshare. This spacious unit has an apartment size washer/dryer, full bathrooms with tubs in the master bedroom and the hall. The couch is a queen sized pull out. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. This unit is on the third floor with a view of the ocean. Sit and enjoy the ocean breeze on the huge porch that is furnished with a patio set and chaise lounges. With a pool and walkway to the ocean there is no end to the water fun. The 36th week is usually Labor Day Week, so the beach may be busy at the beginning of the week, but it slows down and is quite nice in the middle and end of the week. If you want to spend time at the attractions are right around the corner. Kennedy Space Center is just a short distance down the shore and this is a GREAT place to watch launches. Sea World, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World are within 1.5 hour drive via I-4. This is an RCI resort, you can choose to join RCI and take advantage of banking your week and using it at any RCI resort around the globe anytime of the year.
