Available for 2010. Our timeshare property is a Deluxe corner unit and the largest available floor plan available at this Maui Westin Resort - over 1200 Square Feet for this side of the lockoff. This unit features a large kitchen with state of the art appliances and marble counter tops. The extra large bathroom also has marble counters with a large Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and large glass enclosed seperate shower. This unit is a lock-off and is being rented as two seperate living quarters. This unit is the larger of the two lock-offs with a seperate king sized bedroom with a Westin 'Heavenly' bed and queen sized pull out sleeper sofa in the living room area. Roll off Westin beds are also available if there are more than 4 guests in your party. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. A large private lanai offers outstanding views of this oceanfront property. Some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving is right in front of this Westin resort. Sea turtles, tropical fish and other aquatic ocean creatures can be found in the coral beds which are adjacent to the beautiful white sand beach. Along with these amenities there is an incredible swimming pool area with large decks for sunbathing and gas grills for an outdoor picnic. If you have a smaller party of 4 or less I can rent the smaller 1 bedroom of the lock-off for $2000/week. It has pretty much the same amenities just less square footage. Currently both sides are reserved for Spring Break week in March. If you have a large party up to 10 I may be able to negotiate a rate for both units combined if they are still both available.
