1-BR Luxury Condo with living room, dining area, kitchen, one bathroom. 4-day stay available for $525.00; 3-day stay available for $395.00. Split-week periods must start or end on a Sat.
(Weeks of Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's not normally available, except upon possible reservation of 6 months or more in advance of the time desired).

Please note that any of the 5 Avalon Vacation Resort locations may be reserved through this ad, including Avalon Reef Club on Isla Mujeres, a beautiful island located about 7 miles off the coast from Cancun, MX. reached by ferry (several times daily). The Avalon Reef Club is located at the northern tip of the island, giving an almost 3-directional ocean view.

Normal time to reserve is 21 to 59 days before the desired rental period, for both full and split weeks, subject to availability.
If a longer reservation advance time is desired to assure availability at a certain time, please check with owner. Shorter reservation times than 21 days diminish availability, especially in the high (winter) season.

All-inclusive service for the time this condo is rented is available for an additional $62.00 per day per adult for a full week, if prepaid with reservation, and $67.00 per day per adult for a 3-day or 4-day split-week (half-price for children 5-12; under 5 free).
