Mayan Palace Riviera Maya - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
THis is a studio (like a hotel room, no kitchen) and is booked and ready to go. It can hold four people (2 adults and 2 kids).....the resort for the month of March is completely full. I can move this studio to another Mayan Palace resort (Acapulco, PV, Mazatlan, Puerto Penasco, Nuevo Vallarta). I have other units for rent and the price is listed below.

studio unit: $ 495 (no kitchen)
one bedroom: $ 825
two bedroom: $1,095

I can move this week, too, but it is a popular resort and February, March and most of April are full. There are a few black out days, but generally available most weeks. The weeks cannot be moved to Christmas or New Years weeks.

Price does not include pay pal fee (3% or 3.9% for Mexican guests). I can book 12 months in advance. Check in days are Friday, Saturday or Sunday
