Located in North Bethesda, Maryland on the METRO Red Line just feet to the Grosvenor-Strathmore Station. Near National Institutes of Health-NIH, Bethesda Naval Hospital-NNMC (soon to be the new Walter Reed), and White Flint Mall. 10 miles to the White House. Convenient to restaurants, movie theaters, groceries. Free parking, includes all utilities/cable TV/internet - except your phone. Pool (in season), tennis courts, exercise/fitness room, tailor/dry cleaner, laundry, landscaped walking paths, grocery. No need for a car but parking is provided, or if you need a car, that can be provided. Fridge and pantry can be stocked (send your list). Airport transportation or Metro directions can be provided for any area airport.

Montgomery County, Maryland is one of the most high-tech and affluent counties in the entire country. The borders on the Nation's Capital, the Potomac River and employment centers in Northern Virginia are major reasons. But the county also has the I-270 Technology Corridor and has become the premier national center of the biotechnology industry as well as home to the National Institutes of Health.

The upscale shopping, breadth of services and high quality of life here are reflected in the homes, and new condominiums can be found everywhere, in regal old buildings, high- and low-rises, loft-style designs, and active adult communities, too. Bethesda, MD

While having many of the most sought-after homes, Bethesda is also home to National Institutes of Health, Bethesda Naval Hospital, Lockheed Martin and Marriott International. The area has over 180 restaurants, as well as theaters, art galleries and farmers markets and more.

Rockville, MD
Rockville is the fifth largest city in Maryland and the county seat of Montgomery County. Both a residential community and a major employment center, the city offers year-round special events, weekly farmer's markets, and tiny shops and delis are next to national retailers and restaurants. Filled with greenery, Rockville has 58 public parks, a Municipal Swim Center, golf courses and many other recreational facilities.
