Sorry, no partial week rentals for our high demand Holiday weeks that is priced here for far less than the resorts price would be just for this Holiday weekend.

Sorry no adjustments can be made to extend our CONFIRMED reservation timeframes or change the unit number. Our unit-timeframes are locked in and cannot be changed in anyway. Please be aware if you cannot use the full timeframe please be aware that there will be no discount, reimbrusement or refund for only using part of this reservation timeframe.
But if you want or need extra nights to fill in contact the resort or check our resorts website as the resort MAY or MAY NOT have extra nights available at their higher seasonal rental rates of about $150 to $219 per night plus sales tax.

If it is with in 30 days or less of the reservation check in date that you want, please ONLY SEND either UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE MONEY ORDER By US Priority mail.Please email us the postal tracking number and a copy of that money order asap by email or fax to confirm to us that your payment is on the way to secure your reservation. We will in most cases hold that reservation for 7 days from date you send that email or fax. Or you can use PAYPAL to make your rental payment.

If you are snail mailing a payment we strongly advise because of the BAD and CARELESS DELIVERLY SERVICE AND THE LACK Of SECURITY provided by both UPS and DHL on their deliveries in our area, we strongly advise that you do not waste your money using either of them. You can SAVE a fair amount of MONEY by instead safely assure that your mailng will not get lost by using US Priority mail to send your mailing to our PO Box # 661.

Our unsercured rural mail box sits out of our view about one block from our home on the state highway so that is another reason we suggest using our PO box # 661 if you are sending payment by check.
