The low bi-annual maintenance fee is only $495.00, payable once every two years (each odd year). The annual RVC affiliation fee is only $105.00 and includes RCI membership, which can be used with any other timeshare you may own. RCI and RVC memberships entitle you to DEEP rental discounts at quality resorts around the world. With these discounts, you can enjoy low-cost vacations even on the even years. (Discounted rentals prices are often comparable with normal annual maintenance fees.) This means, on even years, you can choose to stay home or have fun. The choice is yours!

If you are 55 years old or older, you can take additional vacations using weeks from the END of your lease term (currently 2047). Simply pay the maintenance fee and and you have another vacation coming! (Your lease is simply shortened by one year.)

Asking price of $2950.00 is about 30% of the price we paid.

Upon purchase you will receive all of our documentation including video tapes, newsletters, up-to-date RCI catalog, and the 'Usage Calendar' which provides you with everything you need to know for exchanging/upgrading your week with any RVC resort.
